Michelle is a co-founding partner of Blume Equity and brings 20+ years of experience backing founders and management teams from scale-up to exit.

Prior to co-founding Blume, Michelle was a Partner and Investment Committee member at Mid Europa, investing in high-growth technology and industrial companies. She has guided many of these investments through profitable growth, organic scale-up, international expansion and acquisitions to successful strategic exits. She has also been an active angel investor for many years. Michelle started her career at Merrill Lynch, where she specialized in energy and power investment banking. She holds a degree from Wharton.

Based in London, Michelle spends considerable time in the Nordics and Germany, where she sources investment opportunities and supports Blume's portfolio companies. Raised in rural Sweden, Michelle loves nature and sports, from skiing to trail running to the freedom of being on the sea. She is always up for a game of tennis with friends.
