Raxita is the CFO of Blume Equity and brings 15 years of experience in private equity and venture capital.

Prior to joining Blume, Raxita held senior finance roles at PE/VC firms including Oakley Capital and Inflexion Capital. As CFO of Trufin plc, a fintech company, she led the organisation through a successful IPO, managing financial strategy, governance and compliance through significant scaling. Her experience spans fundraising, building and growing finance and operations teams, portfolio valuations and support, and navigating complex tax and regulatory structuring. Raxita is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a first-class degree in Civil Engineering from Cardiff University.

Outside of work, Raxita enjoys art, cycling, yoga and travel. She is an active volunteer in her community.
